Welcome to the Whole Body Wellness Podcast!! My name is Jill. I am a registered nurse, integrative nutrition health coach, whole body health expert and owner of Whole Body RN. I am a busy hockey mom, wife and entrepreneur.
This podcast was born because I know health is wealth, but I also know most of us have no idea what we are doing. Every body system we have is connected and if one is off then the whole system is off. In this podcast we will talk about ALL THE things. From body systems to blood pressure. Meditation, breath work, medications, lifestyle changes, diets and cravings…we will dive into it all so that you are armed with the information you need to have Whole Body Wellness.
